“You cannot insult people into sharing ideas”
That is an interesting insight from one of my blog posts featured in Uninvited Coach, my first attempt at writing an e-book. It is a collection some of my early blog posts. Nearly 500 people have downloaded Uninvited Coach, over the last two years. Many have found it interesting and useful; some felt that I could have made it shorter. They may be right.

It was one the best session (Innovation workshop), I attended from the corporate culture. I encourage everyone from corporate culture to take this, so they start working on reality.
