Interviews
“An interview is an opportunity to listen to the other person’s views; not an opportunity to show how clever you are.”
As part of my work I meet interesting people. People of great accomplishments and thought provoking views. I particularly enjoy delving into understanding what the people did, and more importantly why they did that.
One of my earliest interviews was with Piyush Pande, Executive Chairman & Creative Director, Ogilvy & Mather South Asia. Piyush was a tea-taster before he joined Ogilvy. His journey in Ogilvy has been remarkable and his contributions to Ogilvy’s creative reputation enviable.
